Sundays
Sundays are the primary day that BeKids gather to play, learn from Scripture, and engage in community with their families and friends. Our classrooms are fun, safe, and engaging environments, staffed by trained volunteers. We provide unique classroom experiences for infants through 5th grade. We offer infant care for the length of our Sunday worship gathering, with preschool and elementary joining the entire church for worship with their families before being dismissed to learn from Scripture with their peers.
We require all kids to be checked in by a parent or guardian for their safety and security. Check-in stations are located in the front lobby.

Curriculum
On Sundays, our preschool and elementary kids gather in age-appropriate classes for fun, learning, community, and prayer. Our curriculum, Brite* by Awana, helps us explore our vision of Belong, Believe, Become. Through Belong, kids will experience God’s love through a welcoming community. Kids are invited to Believe by discovering who God is through engaging with Scripture, which leads them to Become growing Jesus followers who walk in the way of Jesus.

Family Discipleship
At Brookings Nazarene, we want to see every person Belong, Believe, and Become practicing Jesus followers. Our vision for family discipleship is no different. We desire to partner with families in their faith formation journeys and will be introducing a new Family Spiritual Pathway in January 2026.
