Community Care is a ministry with limitless potential.

We are united to meet the needs in our local community with the compassion of a loving God. Our vision is to help others feel that they BELONG by bringing them into our open doors to meet a physical, spiritual, relational, or emotional need. Through this step, we want to lead them to BELIEVE in the one true God and BECOME mature Christ-followers who will share their stories with others.

The Community Care ministry is made up of a three-pronged approach:

  • Food: BNaz and Brookings-Harbor Food Project

  • Finance: Community Care Fund (including the Love Fund)

  • Family: Other long-term partnerships with families from a guidance/counseling basis - (spiritual, financial, relational, and emotional needs)

Brookings Nazarene is proud to partner with area churches to provide lunches every day of the week for anyone who needs the food or company.
